SmartThings users should put Zooz near the top of the Z-Wave list because SmartThings is named in the ZSE42 compatibility documentation. If your “smart home” is a phone app plus an Alexa or Google speaker, do not buy a random Z-Wave or Zigbee leak sensor and expect it to pair.
